It's in the Bible, John 1:1,14, NIV. “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God… The Word became flesh and made His dwelling among us. We have seen His glory, the glory of the One and Only, who came from the Father, full of grace and truth.”
Why was it necessary for Jesus to take on human nature? It was necessary to make atonement for our sins. It's in the Bible, Hebrews 2:14-15, 17, NIV. “Since the children have flesh and blood, he [Jesus] too shared in their humanity so that by his death he might destroy him who holds the power of death—that is, the devil—and free those who all their lives were held in slavery by their fear of death. . . . For this reason he had to be made like his brothers in every way, in order that he might become a merciful and faithful high priest in service to God, and that he might make atonement for the sins of the people.”

Where was Jesus Born?
What Did Jesus Look Like?
As a human, Jesus was tempted just as we are—yet He never sinned. It's in the Bible, Hebrews 4:14-15, NKJV. “Seeing then that we have a great High Priest who has passed through the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast our confession. For we do not have a High Priest who cannot sympathize with our weaknesses, but was in all points tempted as we are, yet without sin.”
Jesus demonstrated His divinity by His resurrection. It's in the Bible, Mark 16:6, TLB. “But the angel said, ‘Don't be so surprised. Aren't you looking for Jesus, the Nazarene who was crucified? He isn't here! He has come back to life! Look, that's where His body was lying.’”
The apostle Paul testified to the divinity of Christ. It's in the Bible, Colossians 2:9, NIV. “For in Christ all the fullness of the Deity lives in bodily form.”
What is Jesus' relation to the Father? It's in the Bible, John 10:30, NKJV. “I and My Father are one.”
It's in the Bible, John 14:9, NKJV. “Jesus answered...‘Anyone who has seen me has seen the Father.’”
Jesus is the divine Son of God. It's in the Bible, Matthew 3:16-17, NKJV. “When He had been baptized, Jesus came up immediately from the water; and behold, the heavens were opened to Him, and He saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove and alighting upon Him. And suddenly a voice came from heaven, saying, ‘This is My beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.’”
Sooner or later every man, woman and child will acknowledge that Jesus is Lord. It's in the Bible, Philippians 2:9-11, NKJV. “Therefore God also has highly exalted Him and given Him the name which is above every name, that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, and of those on earth, and of those under the earth, and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.”
Jesus calls people to repentance. It's in the Bible, Matthew 4:17, NKJV. “From that time Jesus began to preach and to say, ‘Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.’”
Jesus did not come to do away with the Law, but to establish it. It's in the Bible, Matthew 5:17, NKJV. “Do not think that I came to destroy the Law or the Prophets. I did not come to destroy but to fulfill.”
Jesus is the only way to God. It's in the Bible, John 14:6, NKJV. “Jesus said to him, ‘I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.’”
Jesus has the power over death. It's in the Bible, John 11:25, NKJV. “Jesus said to her, ‘I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in Me, though he may die, he shall live.’”
Jesus' life and ministry on earth showed us what God is like - His love and care for us. It's in the Bible, Matthew 4:23, NKJV. “And Jesus went about all Galilee, teaching in their synagogues, preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing all kinds of sickness and all kinds of disease among the people.”
What does it take to follow Jesus? It's in the Bible, Luke 9:23, NKJV. “Then He said to them all, ‘If anyone desires to come after Me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross daily, and follow Me.’”
Jesus' life becomes ours. It's in the Bible, Galatians 2:20, NKJV. “I have been crucified with Christ; it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me.”
We should try to be like Jesus. It's in the Bible, Philippians 2:5-8, NKJV. “Let this mind be in you which was also in Christ Jesus, who, being in the form of God, did not consider it robbery to be equal with God, but made Himself of no reputation, taking the form of a bondservant, and coming in the likeness of men. And being found in appearance as a man, He humbled Himself and became obedient to the point of death, even the death of the cross.”
Jesus wants to be your Savior. It's in the Bible, John 1:12, NKJV. “But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, to those who believe in His name.”
